DoEmploy Payroll & Attendance

Terms of Service

Effective 14 August 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Domestic Employment Ltd, of 1 HaShaldag Street, Elyachin 3890800, State of Israel (“Domestic Employment”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the DoEmploy Payroll & Attendance mobile application, its related services and the DoEmploy Payroll pages on domesticemployment.com (together, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or another legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current account information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to protect the Service.

Tell us promptly at [email protected]if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

3. What the Service does

DoEmploy Payroll is a configurable tool for recording employee information, working time, leave and payroll inputs; calculating amounts based on settings selected by the user; and generating pay stubs, payroll reports, attendance records and related documents. Certain features may support specific tax forms or calculations in selected jurisdictions.

Features vary by country, device, app version and subscription. We may improve, replace or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to maintain security, legal compliance or product quality.

4. Your payroll responsibilities

The Service is a software tool. Domestic Employment is not your employer, payroll agent, tax adviser, accountant, lawyer or government filing service. We do not employ or pay your workers, transfer wages, remit taxes or contributions, or file forms with authorities on your behalf unless a feature expressly says otherwise.

You are responsible for:

  • classifying workers correctly and complying with applicable employment law;
  • entering complete and accurate employee, attendance, payroll and tax information;
  • selecting settings appropriate to your location and circumstances;
  • reviewing calculations and documents before relying on, sharing or filing them;
  • paying wages, taxes, contributions and other amounts when due; and
  • obtaining professional advice when your situation requires it.

Laws, rates and forms change. Although we work to maintain useful and accurate features, you must verify that any output is current and suitable for your use. The Service must not be treated as legal, tax or financial advice.

5. Employee access and workplace use

Some features allow an employer or administrator to invite employees to report time, clock in or out, or access documents. The account administrator is responsible for providing any legally required workplace notices, obtaining necessary consents, setting appropriate access permissions and using attendance or location features in a lawful and proportionate way.

If you use the Service as an invited employee, the employer or account administrator controls the employment records in that workspace. Questions about the accuracy of those records should normally be directed to that employer, while questions about the Service can be sent to us.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • break any applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • submit information you do not have the right to use;
  • misrepresent identity, employment, working time or payroll information;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with the Service or another user;
  • probe, bypass or defeat security or access controls;
  • scrape, resell or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted; or
  • reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

You retain ownership of information and documents you submit. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service and meet our legal obligations.

7. Subscriptions, trials and payment

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. The price, billing period, trial (if any) and included features are shown before purchase in Google Play, Apple’s App Store or another authorised purchase channel. Taxes and currency conversion may depend on your location and store account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the relevant store. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the store account used to purchase it. Deleting the app or your DoEmploy account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

The app store processes payment and normally determines refund eligibility under its rules and applicable law. Your use of the app store is also subject to that store’s terms. Where Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, these Terms supplement that agreement; mandatory store terms prevail to the extent of a conflict.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is handled through the Service, why we use it, when it may be shared and the choices available to you. Account administrators must have a lawful basis for submitting employee information and must give employees any notices required by law.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service—including its software, design, branding, text and non-user content—is owned by Domestic Employment or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own internal household or business purposes.

Feedback is welcome. If you send suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, but you are not required to provide feedback.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms and services, including app stores, device operating systems, authentication, cloud hosting, analytics and communications providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service that we do not control, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, network failures and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. You should keep independent copies of documents and records you are legally required to retain.

12. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion using our account deletion instructions. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions—survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations, forms or reports will satisfy the rules of every jurisdiction or every user’s circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domestic Employment and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from the Service.

Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

If you use the Service for a business, you agree to defend and indemnify Domestic Employment against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by us. This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited by applicable law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Israel will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence or provides other non-waivable protections.

Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims process.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law or our operations. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

18. General

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganisation, asset sale or transfer of the Service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable purchase terms form the entire agreement about the Service.
